About Secret Yoga Space
We have been online from March 22nd 2020. When Covid 19 struck we were just on the verge of signing a lease for a physical space which fell through. 3 months later after running at least 3 classes a day we have decided to stay with it… Not only are we creating a new virtual community of our London students, but we are reconnecting with students who have moved to all corners of our planet Earth.
All the students seemed happy with this new space. We are seeing everyone benefit from the immediacy of the classes, and progress! Moreover although there is an interface separating us all physically there is this profound sense of connection.
It's a beautiful thing to see a mum being adjusted by her child; to see a husband fall in love with the practice so much that he is there every morning and to see a mum in one room and her daughter in another both online together!!! We also have fun and spend more quality time together than before.
This truly feels like a community based on support, sharing, trust and truth and an absolute love for the practice.
We hope you keep coming, wherever you are on planet Earth!

..Terry, you're an inspiration. When you pass on your extensive knowledge of the body and breath (from your background as an Osteopath and Yoga Teacher) by talking us through the physical and mental benefits of Pranayama and Asanas that 'flow' through our sessions , it makes more sense of the Practice than I've ever known.
